Your data, in plain language.
What we collect
When you complete the assessment, we collect your first name, email address, and the answers you provide to the quiz questions. We do not collect addresses, phone numbers, or payment data on this site. If you book a paid engagement, billing is handled by our payment processor and governed by their privacy policy.
Why we collect it
- Email your results. The Time Leak Report is delivered to the address you provide.
- Improve the assessment. Aggregated, anonymised answer patterns help us refine the quiz.
- Send relevant follow-ups. If your result fits a service we offer, we may follow up with related material.
How long we keep it
Lead records are retained while you remain on our list. You may request deletion at any time by replying to any email from us with the word DELETE, or by emailing us directly. Aggregated, de-identified quiz analytics are retained indefinitely for product research.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to operate the site:
- Hosting: Render (frontend + backend) and our cPanel mail server
- Email delivery: our SMTP provider
- Scheduling: Calendly, only if you click through to book a call
Each of these processors handles your data under their own published privacy terms.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies only (e.g. to remember your quiz progress within a session). We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or session-replay tools.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address in the footer and we will respond within 14 days.
Children
This site is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where the change affects existing leads, notify by email.
